Job Type: 12 month Secondment

Location: This role could be based in any of our offices (Edinburgh, Hitchin,Telford,Wythall and London), but can predominantly be performed in a hybrid manner.

Salary and benefits: £42,100 - £65,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

As an Incident Lead within Incident Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Incident remediation. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role involves a strong hands-on focus on stakeholder management, risk management, and adherence to incident remediation governance frameworks. You will drive incident remediation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering for customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead regular meetings to communicate updates, risks, and changes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Track progress, use performance metrics to monitor status, and adjust plans to accommodate changing circumstances.
